What do you like best?
I use Attendease several times a week. I like how easy it can be to move text blocks around, add links, toggle between nav panels, and the preview page feature. The support has also been relatively quick to respond and find/create new solutions.
What do you dislike?
Attendease is an event platform that seems to be built by people who have never thought about planning an event. The Agenda feature is particularly bad--it doesn't let you see what companies speakers work at and it has this odd mouse hover feature.
It's only been recently that Attendease added a video content feature that allows customers to see speaker videos. That was a big issue for my company. There's also some wonky text editor problems where your content will just appear differently in size without any explanation and you have to dive deep into the settings to try to fix it. You should also be able to just c+p a text box but this is impossible in attendease.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The checkin process for guests at the actual event is really easy if you're not scanning name badges.
What do you like best?
I like the templates. Visually, very attention getting.
What do you dislike?
At points of my event site creation, I've run into obstacles that derail my progress for a 1/2 day or more. It's problematic when the event is coming up in a couple weeks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It seems the platform is relatively new and they are still working out some bugs.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We went with Attendease because of data collection features. We haven't delved into those features yet because we are just getting started. Actually, we haven't used many of the features yet as our events have not yet occurred.
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
An event management software that is very convenient to learn and use. It lets you easily customize the design, layout, and event pages. Editing is also easy since new versions can be displayed on your public pages without hassles.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
This app is great, but it lacks some helpful features for event management. For example, it doesn’t allow the taking of registered participant info and connects them to the profile of a speaker.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This is a great platform that caters to all vital info for certain events. For instance, we can conveniently use sections, then fill them with details in the text, timeline of topics, as well as photos of the speaker among other info.

What are the best aspects of this product?
It features a dependable calendar that can carry event information for our school. It conveniently includes a list of all events and their details in one interface. Also, people can log in and easily respond when needed.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The feature for setting events is quite disorganized, and the app needs improvements on automation factors. Say, I need to indicate the time zone every time I put in an event, instead of simply setting the time zone for my account as a whole. Setting an online event is great as well, but it becomes difficult due to a lack of automation.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps manage and list the schedule of events in one convenient spot. It’s also great that people can easily log in and respond to a specific event.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I feel this app has been built with great knowledge of how event management and organizing really works. Our yearly occasion has many parts working together, including schedules, conferences, sponsors, and speakers among others. Then, this tool helps us handle those conveniently. This has surely made manual tools such as MailChimp and Google Form completely obsolete.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some subtle features can boost this app well, although those are not that necessary. I don’t worry much about problems with the tool since its implementation and user support teams do great jobs helping us. They easily help us solve some problems, and they also listen to our suggestions carefully. There’s even a good chance that we can get certain helpful features on the next updates.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This is a great way to keep all details for our events. It is also helpful for handling registration forms.
