Asset Bank has allowed us to decentralize our assets and let our regional marketing managers control their own assets, which improves information dissemination and removes the delay in waiting for corporate headquarters to get all of the global assets posted. This has, in turn, freed up my own time to spend on projects other than posting assets.New ideas, suggestions and any small issues with Asset Bank have all been dealt with in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. I have no daughts at all to recommend Asset Bank. They are very dedicated and the support is very educational and responsible and you get a trust full and honestly response. This program has a huge amount of possibilities and is always reliable and stable. When the Asset Bank is up and running It is an very easy to use, for both users and admins with a amazing potential of posibilities.

As an integrator for Asset Management solutions I have been using Asset Bank exclusively for the last 5 years. We have integrated a lot of clients into the system with the knowledge that the project will always go smoothly on the install and the setup of the instance, but more importantly that the support behind the instance is ridiculously superb. The last thing I want is to have a client with an issue and no support behind me. I always joke (though based on truth) that if I have not heard back from support in a very timely fashion I know they are all dead)It has full functionality out of the box for all those bells / whistles that are expected, but one of the vastly overlooked features is its appearance and ease of use. It is designed in such a way that is natural to navigate and use. It does not look like a mirror to a "c" drive windows 1998 folder system.This makes for easy use of the system and allows for easy adoption for new users which in our world, is over half the problem with integrating systems. People hate change though they all like Asset BankTake a look at their offerings, you will not be disappointed.

In addition to everyone elses comments...Nice and clean interface. Easy to pick up and understand as an irregular user (am the IT / Project Manager/ Admin guy who supports our media team in using asset bank). Easy to remember, easy to configure, flexible system and opportunities to get customisations to organisations specific needs. Due to its ease of use and great UI users have needed little or no training. Help function is very impressive and specific to the page you are on, which saves a lot of time on the admin side Very helpful staff who have an understanding of local authority users/demands/needs.I know if I get a user request that stumps me the asset bank team will help me out rather than fob me off. If the request requires an enhancement that was understandably chargable they've also given me low cost or in built options and given the pros and cons of each that I may not be able to see. Patient team, great support from top down.Should definitely be on your shortlist & happy to be a reference
