What are the best aspects of this product?

The whole backup restore process within version 11 is smooth. I am able to restore files to my customers at any time. Its support team is responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. I’m very satisfied from level 1 training. Its staff makes me feel that I’m part of their family. Offsite file restore is quick and easy process. I can easily set up customer backups.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Version 11 lacks snapshots, but they have said that they would implement this option in the last version. Also, it is complicated to restore email from full store backup. I had to purchase support credits. I would like to pay for full year support.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Every company requires offsite backups and they are aware that this kind of software is not cheap. We are grateful that we use the right software for keeping our data. Asigra replicates data to other facility.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is one of the best cloud-backup software. All you need to do is to install the interface so you can create an interaction with your backup files. The system sends the whole file, this way it saves bandwidth. The software is easy to use, the interface is simple and intuitive. I believe that you would find this software useful and simple.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some event log errors are cryptic. It would be great if there is an option to restore various extensions when restoring file types. Also, it would be great if there was more community engagement. I cannot find other resources for support besides its helpdesk team.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this software we are able to store important and confidential files to our customers. It saves lot of space and costs because of the way it stores the files. There is no difference in bandwidth when restoring items.

I’m always amazed of what this program offers. There are great capabilities to backup everything you need from Enterprise servers to Desktops or mobile devices. It offers limitless functionalities. They have improve the functionality code. I like that Asigra develops its own functionalities instead of buying them. I like its recover features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could make more robust the historical reporting tool.

We manage to offer protection to our customers so they don’t have to worry about data loss. When there are disasters they know that their data is complete and secure, they can always access it.
