We have not realized benefits ... it take more time to administer the service than to use it.

What do you like best?

A decent tool for Time Tracking, Invoicing, Opportunity management. It essentially seems to be geared toward Professional Services organizations. Especially with features like Time Tracking, Invoicing, etc. I like the fact that these services are integrated and native to the application.

What do you dislike?

The opportunity management features, reporting, and searching definitely seem to be lacking as compared to Salesforce. The interface is clumsy and difficult to use. The app itself feels incredibly slow.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Use something tried and true like SFDC or Dynamics.

They are not working not doing anything to assist you.We have tried multiple times to connect an IMAP account to their services and they said that the mail service that we use is not properly set.We are the provider of the hosting service that we use and the service works perfectly.We have tested the IMAP details with a few apps, WordPress, Outlook, Thunderbird, etc no problems appears in any of them, however when we tried to connect with their stupid service.We have contacted the support it was absolutely useless as it did not help at all, they only blame the mail service.We have even created a new account with a different mail service still no success. Run away from this shitttyy service and its support team especially Vagnesh he is just an idiot.
