What do you like best?
The SDK was reasonably easy to use and integrate.
What do you dislike?
This is one of the most privacy invading mobile products I have ever seen. Literally, after integrating the SDK, you can essentially watch the actions of any of your users. You're "suppose" to anonymize data per their ToS, and we did, but I would bet most developers do not do this. Felt like I was invading the privacy of everyone using the app.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Don't use it unless you hate the privacy of your customers and want to peak at all of their private data, like some sort of creep.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's a mobile analytics platform, but honestly, the data it provides is negligible compared to similar solutions. You could easily just use Google Analytics, or another product that gives you anonymous data on your users, and you'd have the exact same value. There's no need to spy on your users like this.

We found the product massively unstable, it caused crashes on both Android and iOS. It cost us users, and credibility. Their customer support was the WORST I have ever experienced from any company. They have no regard for you the customer. We tore the product out after 2 months. I would not recommend them to anyone, and we are now implementing a competitive solution without issue.

I would not recommend using this product in any way. Their support and sales team are absolutely terrible. The product has major issues causing stability. We loved the video recording, but the unbounded risk this added to our product was unacceptable, and their attitude was unbelievably bad.

What do you like best?
Their webpage is quite well designed, and it's pretty intuitive. The heat maps and the videos are precise. It's very easy to create a funnel or an event. Its reports seems smart, they put just in front of your face the data that exactly you are willing to see. The integration with mobile native apps is pretty straightforward, as you only must add the library and a line with the API key (in the Application in Android, and in the AppDelegate in iOS). The library is small in size, although I can't remember the exact size.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes, my "account manager" is pretty insistent by mail. It tries to be so polite, and end annoying me. Even he added me to LinkedIn and Google Plus. I think it's a personal thing, because they will have a lot of managers. Regarding the product, nothing to add as a dislike. Hence, they must have an app.

Use it, and pay for it! It's worth every cent
