Marg AOMEI Backupper

I bought AOMEI Backupper Pro to make a clone of my windows 10 system disk in case of problem with my hard drive. The 30-day free trial version asked me to buy the paid version to perform this operation. Unfortunately, the software was unable to perform this operation. And when I wanted to get pampered after 3 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with their refund policy that too was not possible. Another scam on the internet.

I am disappointed with this software manufacturer. I purchased the license for Buckupper Pro + lifetime upgrades and in version 5.5 they removed from the Professional edition a function for which I purchased this application, namely PXE Boot Tool. I upgraded to the Workstation version that does not exist at the time, but they told me that the upgrade is only for a single PC, not for 2 as I had a Pro license. AOMEI, that license was Lifetime Upgrades not Lifetime Downgrades! In addition, the upgrade for a single PC is double compared to the difference between the two editions. Don't trust this company. I think I was deceived, facts for which I will notify the consumer protection in Europe.

Scam,Program crashed my computer with a blue screen of death 5 times after install. Then linked a new fixed version of the software and I install. That did not BSOD but would not backup, it did nothing. January 3rd they said if they cant fix it that day they would issue a refund. Of course they did not Now nearly 10 days later they are asking for me to reinstall it on all my computers a second time then copy the logs from each computer for a second time and send to them. I copied the unconditional warranty on their web page and they ignored that email. Please take this seriously. Bad enough they release a program that crashes your computer but then they don't honor their warranty and best yet sell a product that relies an nearly 100% trust it is doing what its supposed to. You wont know until you try a restore and usually that is after data loss has occurred. I would suggest you DONT use this product and certainly don't give this company any money!This is their email back to me...Sorry for the inconvenience. As for BSOD problem. the agent program we sent currently is a test version. But, it also an official version we will release it in the next version.As for offline, we have contacted our technician to check the problem. This is a SCAM every time you try to use the free standard version you are blocked to buy the standard version will not ever run

I purchased the Pro version of Aomei Backupper. The software does not work as advertised. It will only do full-disk backups of the disk you are booted from. If you are trying to make a "ghost" of a secondary drive (say a laptop hard drive plugged into your PC as a secondary drive), it will not capture boot info. So, in essence, their version of a "full disk backup" is not actually a full disk backup. It took me a week of going back and forth with tech support for them to finally come around and give me the truth. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund.
