What do you like best?
They offer great resources and education for referral marketing. Great customer service, supportive and experienced team.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the UI can stutter, the navigation works well. It also requires an on-going and regular commitment and focus to make the program successful.

We really wanted something that would energize our referral program and add high transparency around how referrals were being paid out. The tool allowed us to streamline our product promotion to a targeted person segment.
What do you like best?
Once we were up and running, Ambassador makes it easy to integrate our CRM with their software. Their customer experience is very helpful and willing to answer any questions we've had along the way.
What do you dislike?
There really isn't anything that I dislike about Ambassador!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are a company that relies on referrals. This was the first program that we tried. The things that we loved was that it integrated with our CRM. Considering we do everything through there, that was very important for us. Other benefits is that this allows for more candidates to be added to our database.
What do you like best?
Multi-campaign capabilities, dashboard, great referral platform and works very well as an affiliate platform as well. We also really liked the versatility in payment methods, including cash (paypal, bank transfer, dwolla), gift cards, store coupons, voucher codes. We also felt the customer on-boarding and on-going support were excellent!
What do you dislike?
I wound not call it a dislike... but given that GetAmbassador is a robust and powerful platform, it does take some up front effort to get it setup properly. It also requires an on-going commitment and focus to make the program successful. The GetAmbassador team was exceptional in helping us work through the implementation and continue to work with us on maximizing the effectiveness of our campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We researched the market extensively as we were evaluating platforms to launch our referral & affiliate programs. GetAmbassador combined all of our key requirements: ability to create and launch multiple campaigns as our referral programs vary depending on customer and prospect types. We also found this platform to be a great fit for an affiliate program with partners, influencers and re-sellers. Our customers and partners love the ability to track their referrals on the robust GetAmbassador dashboard. For our team it is also invaluable as we can effectively monitor, evaluate and manage our campaigns. We also loved the ability to provide cash, gift cards and / or store credits. The most impressive part of our experience was the organized and very responsive customer on-boarding and on-going support. This is a world class company and we look forward to many more successful years working with GetAmbassador!

To promote viral sharing of our products by our customers, prospects and partners with friends, family and followers. We have been able to amplify our reach exponential with the GetAmbassador platform increasing our qualified prospect base and conversions

How the platform is intuitive, makes it easy to track our referral program and keep customers informed throughout the process so that they are motivated to continue referring friends.
What do you dislike?
I wish the fraud program (which is now a valuable add-on) was included in the cost of the program

We use Ambassador to track, manage, and pay out our referral program and we are implementing it on our affiliate marketing program as well

I love how easy the platform is to use and tap into our customers' advocacy. If you have a product your customers love and you don't have something like this, you have untapped wealth. Ambassador helps you tap into that gold mine pretty easily.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to dislike so far. It's been a solid experience.

Our customers loved Gong and our product, but there was no easy way for us to leverage that advocacy into referrals or new business in some way. Ambassador helped us tap that gold mine and make it easy for our customers to refer their peers.
