What are the best aspects of this product?
It has a lots of online research tools. You pay an annual subscription and can use it without limitations
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Lot´s of server issues and data losses. The offline mode is awfull and the customer service is slow and doesn´t solve their technical issues.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Server reliability, and offline app, a customer centric approach to customer experience and service
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Online and offline interviews. But it was a bad decision, and we are having troubles with our customers, caused by the lack of reliability of Alchemer service
