What are the best aspects of this product?

The best perk we had using the software is that we are able to submit and swap schedules easily. The system itself is also easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It takes a while to negotiate the schedule views.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to schedule first responders including the volunteer, per diem employees, etc. using a single system.

Aladtec makes it easier to track IT problems and make students schedule. It is now a valuable and vital tool for my department.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be nice if the software includes ways to assign report problems to relevant individuals as well as to achieve old conversations. Also, it would be great if they add more features and functionalities on the forms.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to track our daily tasks, IT problems, and create student schedules. IT ticketing has also become more transparent and easier, thanks to the easy-to-use, built-in forms. Aside from that, this software minimized scheduling conflicts.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm a longtime user of this software -- 10 years to be exact -- and I love it so much that I have recommended it in all the different jobs I have taken on. It is an exceptional tool to use for workforce management and is easy to use. And when I say easy to use, I mean it is easy to use for everyone involved. It's not just administrators like me who enjoy using it, but employees as well. There isn't a steep learning curve to contend with and it takes very little training for everyone to grasp it. It really is that intuitive. The support team is also great to work with and have been a great help in resolving any issues I may have. Even better, because of how effective it is, it's resulted in a significant decrease in costs, and what an administrator doesn't like that? I can't praise this software enough and it will really be a great way to streamline processes in your business.

I can say with confidence that this software has never disappointed me. Every single time I've used it I've never been anything else but satisfied.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This software has been really effective in resolving scheduling and staffing issues and I can't be happier. Both me and my command staff have seen what a big help it is when it comes to scheduling, and we've benefitted from it because it has cut down the time we spend on administrative tasks and frees us to do other things. Me and my staff don't have to put in any more overtime and that's really helped us embrace this software even more.
