What do you like best?
For collecting lead there are many awesome templates like two-step forms, coupon upload and gamification template like spin the wheel.
If you use Shopify, this will really boost your ROI with useful readymade templates for upselling and coupon code.
You can use templates directly or edit from scratch from the 'Aiva Builder'. I like how Aiva can be integrated with popular apps like MailChimp, Klaviyo, Zapier, Shopify and more.
If you are an agency and want to integrate on their website, you can easily create a user with a specific role and also generate white-label reports which clients like the most.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing much negative about the product but I would like to point out one thing.
They have awesome designs on the time of the festival, but after that, the design is not available to use. There should be some template design archive kind of feature where a user selects old design templates.
Some old templates for Gamification removed, which was good.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For mobile try to change the position of the banner to top, as many of the chatbots take space at bottom and overlap
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Problem with regular popup builder is that they don't provide detailed targeting and design options. With Aiva I am able to create different targeting based on user behaviour and the device which will help to get more leads and increase CTR.
What do you like best?
Ease of use and lots of configuration options available. I also like the mobile and desktop modes. The smart setup and templates options are also very helpful in getting a new overlay up and running quickly.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the preview does not match what I see on my site, so I have to iteratively go back, make changes, view on the site until it looks good. Other than that, everything works really well.

Definitely try out Aiva and Sumo. I find that each has its strengths and weaknesses.

I've been able to drive visitors to different pages and products based on segmentation, and I've been able to present offers like discounts on particular pages to particular visitors. I'm also looking to use it for lead generation.
