What do you like best?
I do like how the applications aggregates your mailboxes, and lets you know if you have new leads. There are easy ways to make yourself online or offline but still work through messages.
What do you dislike?
Where to begin. There is no way to link your email without it forwarding all emails from your account, and this causes issues when trying to reply to emails on the go. You have to use the adsoup application, not gmail, or it will not be processed correctly. Also, this is not really meant to just reply to the random customer, it is meant to work on leads, but you can only add Facebook as a social media, when a lot of our leads are actually generated via email and twitter. We basically cannot use this program for what we need.
Recommendations to others considering the product
This is not a great way to aggregate all your emails together, it is better if you are a sales team working on leads that are generated online.

Ad soup is a great way to work with a larger group of people, especially if there is more than one person who is handling leads. The company I work for only has two people to handle this, but if it were a team of like 20 it would allow managers to delegate leads to different employees.
What do you like best?
Ad soup helps me navigate information easily and is very user friendly . The research that the program provides is very helpful in learning more about clients
What do you dislike?
I wish the system was a little faster. I would get more done if it was better organized in the tabs section

Helps me get to know clients better via research portals. Very in depth software to help me get more information prepping for ad buys
What do you like best?
It is a quite nica app. You can connect many customer channels like: FaceBook, e-mail, LiveChat, WhtasApp... Ad also you can move your customer across steps of sales funnel.
What do you dislike?
It is still in development. Some functionalities need improvent. Better funnel view would be better.

Its nice that it will auto aggregate every inbound lead into a nice dashboard view that I can followup with easily

The UX and interface can be a little clunky at times
