What do you like best?
System looks sleek, some features are built out well
What do you dislike?
Complete lack of quality service (unless you are willing to pay for it)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
System itself is good and meets requirements, but service (as well as any consultative optimization of your system) is completely lacking
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Streamlined payroll, employee self service, easily managing employee data
What do you like best?
I like the one stop shop approach to HRIS systems. This has that and more as long as the implementation process is completed full.
What do you dislike?
The service aspect is horrible. If you don't have a great Relationship Manager, consider moving to another platform. This platform is rather expensive and the level of service can be rather lack luster. Also - for whatever reason, onboarding is not included in the price of the service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You really need to ask the hard questions of the support team once implementation has been completed. The implementation team did a terrible disservice to our organization by not completing the full implementation.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It provides some streamlining of some processes.
What do you like best?
Being able to login from anywhere and submit request for leave.
What do you dislike?
The messages and notifications section doesn't make sense. Doesn't seem like user can delete messages, only archive.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Employee leave and pay statements.
What do you like best?
It is helpful to have everything related to HR tasks in the same place.
What do you dislike?
This app feels like it came out of the stone ages. In fact, if I had to guess I'd say they through a web frontend on top of an old, on-premise product.
This is an app that I have to re-learn every time I use it, even for basic tasks. At any given point there are only a few actions that I can take, I want those actions to be visible to me when I log in. Instead I have to go hunting around through their menu structure every time.
I think that the biggest shortfall is that there are basically no working links in this app. Notifications don't send a link that take me to the page I need to view; they send me text descriptions of where to go. Some of these notifications are so generic that they don't even know which version of the app I am using, and give me 2 different sets of instructions. It's up to me to figure out which ones to follow.
The formatting of notifications is also awful. Every single notification looks the same, I get flooded with a bunch of useless ones, it makes it really easy to miss the ones that really matter.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Payroll, performance reviews, workforce management
What do you like best?
It is easier for our HR manager to track our time.
What do you dislike?
Clocking in and out isn't successful most of the time.
I can't clock in or out on my phone successfully.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It is easier for our HR manager to track time.
