What do you like best?
The system to track employees hours, clocking in and out for hourly employees.
What do you dislike?
Too many glitches, the system didn't blend well with our time reporting. We had employees not enrolled in health benefits and all of a sudden they were and then deductions we're being pulled out incorrectly. Not all employees got paid. I understand there will be glitches and hiccups but there were too many across the board.

The inability of ADP to know their system

Don't do it. The back up from ADP customer service is not great, the fixes they need to make aren't happening. No one wants to admit that Vantage was not tested well before deploying & pushing clients on this product

Payroll and Benefits are managed in one system. Easily visible and fairly user friendly.

Lack of Ad hoc reporting training
System time out
System errors are frequent
Escalated issues are not resolved in a timely manner.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I would like to solve benefit administration problems and utilize the system for total rewards communications. Reporting is available; however no formal training. Watching videos are insufficient and time consuming.
Call ADP Team for assistance and extra fees are associated.

Not a lot Once I actually got into the system I could see my pay

I disliked the fact it does not work on EI only on Google chrome and also it is not easy to reset the password once forgot

We have now managed to reduce the paper version of the payslip

The system itself is user friendly and visually pretty. The data is clear and concise.
What do you dislike?
the pages time themselves out and you have to log in repeatedly. It is frustrating but a necessary evil.

Make the log in screen my user friendly. It times out and fails to refresh.
