What do you like best?
I liked the interface and the layout of Workfront.
What do you dislike?
I did not like the amount of email notifications that would come through from work front. It was very annoying and even after I changed my notification settings, I still received way too many notifications that I ended up creating a rule in Outlook to send all workfront notifications to a folder.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend not using Workfront and switching the Microsoft Teams or JIRA.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I didn't really solve any problems with workfront. Everyone in my office had turned off notifications or created a rule to "silence the notifications" so we ended up having to send extra emails to let other parties know that a certain task was pending their approval.
Overpriced and difficult to use. Training was terrible. Set up took ages. Overall crap
I can't believe how worthless workfront is. I hate it so much. It is absolutely the worst time tracking and project management software I have ever used and I used a lot. Expansive, slow, no mobile I can go on and on. Stay AWAY
I avoid using Workfront if possible. Its user interface is terrible. It's nearly impossible to figure out what screen and what selection to make to enter the simplest things, and it takes twenty clicks when one would do.
