What do you like best?

At this stage, it's hard to assign any positives to the platform but perhaps that's because it had so much promise a year ago when I made the investment in it. The easy NLP integration would be the biggest positive but that's offset by a lackluster interface.

What do you dislike?

Ultimately, the lies. In the past year they've missed every feature release deadline they have set; some by 10+ months. They have once again paused feature releases and moved back long overdue ones to the might not be developed category. This is unacceptable.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Run away. This is a company that has no respect for clients who have already paid them, they certainly won't shy away from letting others down too.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

None. The platform is missing so many basic features that we can't actually roll it out on our site or any client sites.

So what i really like about activechat is they integrate all bots in one place, So you can have messenger, widget on your site, SMS and others bot channels. So, this save time and is more easy to setup.

Pros

- Several bots channels

- Several bots templates

- Visual and easy setup

- SMS bot

- easy to install in your site

- you can send mass broadcasts

- They are improving integrations

Make a bot is kind easy to make complex bot, and im not a programmer

They also offert really nice templates and examples but is more easy to get started and learn.

What do you dislike?

What i dont like about activechat is:

- They lack on growhack tools.

- The support is slow

- Still not very mature product, only 3-4 channels (im waiting WhatsApp, instagram)

- Ui is uggly (im sorry but is true)

- Have some bugs

- Cannot take control over chat

- No zapier

- No rss/feed integration (to automatic send news)

- No follow up or segmentation

Honestly, I like this system because it is very complete and has an easy-to-use interface, which in turn allows you to make changes and create specialized bots to serve our websites. These bots are very flexible since they can be used to be able to perfectly handle systems such as woocommerce among others.

At the same time I like it because it allows us to serve customers in the best way as if it were a real person without the client noticing it very much. Also this system can be integrated with other applications in order to create a unique tool.

What do you dislike?

This system is incredible, but needs to be made certain improvements, such as giving greater compatibility with other browsers that is not just Google Chrome. Usually this system is very good and I do not have negative opinions about it.

Honestly to have a system of this type in my business has given a before and after that has left us all happy and very comfortable. I recommend this system extensively since for me it has been a great investment.

Although I do not know much about programming this system gives me a complete tutorial that lets me be a professional programmer. At the same time having an attentive team of technical support in which they answer my questions is very important for me and my business.
