What are the best aspects of this product?
The software is adaptable to our church's unique needs
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It has a steep learning curve and it was difficult for our staff to get used to it. We all had to spend many hours familiarizing ourselves with the software before we could maximize it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Every data regarding our church and its members are now kept in a centralized solution that we can access anytime.

It is a wonderful solution and there is nothing that I do not like about it.

Tracking volunteers and their availability is now a breeze with ACS. Financial reporting is easier too since we implemented this.

ACS is our go-to for all our church administration requirements.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Certain aspects of the software, like the tables, become buggy and when it happens we have to restart or reset it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With ACS, we can now receive donations and gifts online and process checks and credit cards. It has also let us set up a recurring program that allows us to study giving trends us well. What's more, Payroll is more manageable using ACS.

ACS is a fantastic solution that lets us choose to deploy it either in the clour or on an on-premises office server. Either way, accessing the interface is easy for our administrators as well as our members who would want to control their church profile.

Searches feel like they can use an upgrade.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have resolved our management of church member profiles using ACS. Plus, it is easier to generate reports and labels now using this software.
