What do you like best?
I can log into it from multiple locations at the same time
What do you dislike?
While this may be a result of local implementation, but I really dislike the search functionality, It currently only lets you search for part numbers you already know the majority of the number of. It does not recognize wild card characters. Searching by description is solely reliant on how the part was originally created; for example if the part is a 1/2" long screw and you search by 0.5" it won't come up. Additionally, the demand generation seems to be limited/lacking. we frequently run out of parts because parts that are needed are not showing up on the buy lists for our purchasing team.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I'm not sure what we used before so I'm not sure what improvements were made with the switch. Currently we use Abas to manage inventory, drive demand, and manage hours/PTO

- Easy to implement
- Easy customization
- good support and a very good bi connector (SQL
What do you dislike?
- linux based server
- no out of the box mobile app support
- printer install / Implementation is extremly bad ( you have to install them on the linux server, and for that you have to find linux compatible drivers
