I downloaded multiple .esp files that should've been transparent background but still had the checkered patter. i also tried downloading them as .jpegs and they still had the checkered pattern background!

My photographer uploaded photos of me. I contacted him about 5 days ago to delete the photos and he did. The photos are no longer on 123rf, but they are showing up on many external website coming from a previews.123rf.com link. I don't know if they are not deleting the images off their server completely. Or if it takes some time for 123rf algorithm to fully delete the deleted images off their server. It very troubling.

customer service is very slow for sellers (maybe for customers it's better) after doing all the procedures to upload my audio I have to download filezilla (a software) and upload them following some very uncomfortable procedures.Unfortunately I can't recommend this site as a seller, both for the very slow support and for these unfriendly upload procedures.Also you give your ID in advance,not once your songs are approved,and for delete your account you dont have an automatic procedure,in some case you can just not allow the cancellation,but in case like mine with no songs or items on the site,you should allow automatically.

I started using your site thinking it couldn’t get better… then I started getting whacked by over charging. Once I started using the app more, simple pictures I was charged not 1 credit but 6 fu*king credits. It happened over and over. Each time I tried getting simple pictures, they either asked me to pay more or they took 3-6 credits for basic pictures. Use at your own risk! Don’t use these guys. I know what I bought and the overcharging is still over charging. Again, go elsewhere for pictures.

Where did the credits go? The previous option is gone, only subscriptions or download options now- which is expensive for free-lance designers.
