What do you like best?
At first, when I started with WIX, they have a special of 5$ for a limited "bronze" version of 123 contact forms. I used it for a long time... but I always hated it.
What do you dislike?
missing features that make forms interactive and fun.
cheap on things...
*MIssing "picture selection" was big for me... I want my user to select a picture as a choice.
with 123form, you can't do that, you need to add a picture (which counts as one of your items) and then make another multi choice of dropdown and ask what picture they want to use. not very elegant.
everytime I contact support... they were no help, sometimes even rude.
oh, and RULES! very limited, you need to pay so much more for a few rules.
JOTFORM, CHEAPER, UNLIMITED RULES, HAS INFINITE AMOUNT OF MORE OPTIONS!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jotform, cheaper, better, easier, prettier. (what I switched too)
Typeform.... OMG... typeform > 123contact.

all I need was 1 form on my website to collect client information for an event.
123form was too limited in 1) the options I needed, and 2) the amount of "items"/questions I could add.
I need to pay MORE, which was almost 20X the price simply for a few more additional fields...
What do you like best?
Forms are relatively simple to create and support teams are adequately responsive
What do you dislike?
2 things (1) After using 123FormBuilder for over 3 years, all our clients received their original forms (with private data) in phishing emails. There must have been a security breach with their servers and after waiting a Month for an answer from their support we deleted our account and moved away from 123FormBuilder. They make claims of SSL and encryption however they appear to not be able to keep your data secure and protected.
(2) if you have created custom java scripts, their unannounced "upgrades" may leave your forms not functioning. It was frustrating to find they changed how FormBuilder works forcing you to rewrite all your customs forms.

The rules have flaws and support is always offline. Very slow in responding and resolving issues.

I have had this service for a number of years without a problem. This morning they decided it was ok for them to suspend my entire account and pull all my forms down off of the internet ads. In other words they just cost me thousands of AD dollars because there was no forms for the customers to put there information in. There is no phone number to contact these people other than email and there cheesy chat. I do not plan on staying with them much longer after todays charade. The reason they say they suspended the account was because one of the forms that was not used anywhere on the internet which was a form our developer was testing. This company definitely has dropped the ball. I will be sending you a bill as well as a letter from our attorney for all my ads that were clicked that we had to pay for that did not have a form. Guess it was worth it for you so I will see you in court
When you contact support for help, they refused to answer the simple questions and decided to turn the CHAT feature off so you won't talk to them. So instead, you will be forced to use email, and it will take 24 hours or probably longer to respond back.
